We will start with a phone call to get a rough idea of what it is that you need. We can then arrange to speak again or meet where we can discuss further in detail how we can assist you & we can find out if we are right for each other & we are comfortable in moving forward. We can then go through a generic contract outlining details of what you would like from us, & the services you will receive from us with a clear understanding of what you want. We will then help you along the way should you need our assistance leading up to your day. We will also check out the venue before hand if it is possible to do so to give us an idea & be prepared should any obstacles or weather conditions arise around the venue on the day. Then after creating the magic, depending on what is required of us the images will be gifted to you within approximately six weeks unless anything else has previously been discussed. There will be a deposit required to secure our photography services once we are both in agreement. Payments can then either be made in instalments or in full by the end of the last week before the agreed date of service, (unless other arrangements have been made and agreed by both parties.)
