If your photographer offers an engagement shoot as part of the package then take it! They are a great way to not only practice in front of the camera but to get to know your photographer.

One of the most important parts of your wedding day is taking the time to make creative portraits of the two of you. Make sure to carve out 30 minutes to an hour for this.

If your wedding is based in the UK it’s best to anticipate bad weather. Have a plan for alternative locations under cover for portrait photos, or bring some nice umbrellas :-)
