Ham Polo Club is the perfect Surrey wedding venue. The colonial-style pavilion venue sits within 23 acres of gorgeous grounds, surrounded by charming mature oaks and horse chestnut trees.

The perfect backdrop for your ideal wedding photos and day, our versatile venue can accommodate weddings for you between 50 and 400 guests.
The Pavilion boasts three areas to suit various stages of your wedding day. You and your guests can dine on our dramatic verandah beneath an enchanting canopy of vines.
Following your meal, the timber pavilion is ideal for dancing, or you could enjoy the sunset in the peace of the south-facing back verandah.
Civil ceremonies can also be arranged in the Pavilion also. If the weather is on your side, the 2,000 square foot deck is a wonderful space for your reception.
If you’re planning an occasion with more than 144 guests, the Clubhouse can be used alongside marquees in the gardens or on the grounds.
In addition to the exclusive use of the striking 18th Century Polo Club Pavilion and grounds, you will benefit from a complete event planning service from an excellent and dedicated wedding team. They will be on hand to help tailor every detail of your special day. If required, the team can also recommend some trusted suppliers to help create your perfect day.

It is only 11 days since our reception at Ham Polo club and we simply wish we could do it again as the reception was perfect. The team made the day so great with the little touches that set it above the average venue. Even friends who have lived in the area for years were surprised by the gem hidden in their back garden and many guests didn't believe the vine and grapes were real until they had a sneaky taste! I cant praise the team, the staff or the venue enough, simply perfect.
