Having both felt a little unsure about having a camera follow us on our wedding, I can honestly say Emma was the best we could’ve asked for. We met prior to the big day which gave us the chance to get to know each other, how she worked and for her to understand what we wanted from the day. Emma immediately made us feel comfortable and we left feeling relieved with our choice in photographer. On the day, Emma wasn’t just a photographer, she helped with little details and gave a reassuring smile from the start. She immediately made you feel relaxed. Emma worked her way through all our photos that's we had requested and then took some lovely natural photos. So natural that when seeing them, we didn’t realised she’d even been there at them moments. Emma not only ensured she got all special moments but she most importantly gave us the space to enjoy our day.
Emma provided excellent communication throughout the whole process and was very approachable.
After the wedding we met with Emma and was able to order some albums. These were put together so well and will be treasured for many years.

We booked Emma for our wedding in August last year. Choosing the right photographer is critical for any wedding day, so it's not a decision we made lightly. We knew within moments of meeting Emma that we'd made a great choice. Emma instantly made us feel at ease and was a true professional in the leadup and on the big day itself. She worked so well with our two videographers (to the point my mother thought they were all in the same company!). Emma honestly felt like our hype team throughout the day - she was so positive, worked unobtrusively but was somehow always there when we needed her! She offered support and pose suggestions, capturing traditional shots as well as candid, in the moment ones. The photos are just magical and exactly what we had hoped for, so many special moments captured that even now I struggle to pick my favourites as they are all so amazing! They are absolutely stunning and we can't thank her enough for capturing all of the magic of our special day. We highly recommend Bloomwood Photography!

Brilliant photographer
We booked Emma for our wedding at High House in July, and we could not be happier. We had the best day and Emma was just wonderful. Emma is very talented at what she does. She takes the time to really listen to what you want, and she then works her magic on the day. She is so personable and was really great with everyone on the day, and we absolutely loved all of our photos - everyone did! We can't recommend Emma enough!

Captured to perfection!
From our initial phonecall with Emma, we knew straight away that she would be the perfect person to capture our wedding day. The whole process from start to finish was so simple. Emma was so accommodating with our pre-wedding shoot (dodging the rain!), the chaos of the wedding morning, and more rain-dodging on our wedding day. For two people who aren't that comfortable being in front of the camera, Emma found ways to make us laugh and actually enjoy the process. The final photographs are truly stunning and every time we show people or look through them ourselves, it just makes us want to do the day all over again. Through these photos, Emma has provided us with snapshots of the day to last a lifetime and treasure forever. We cannot thank or recommend Emma highly enough!
