Shaunagh & Kris's Wedding Story
It actually all started at work when Kris tutored Shaunagh in the Police in 2014. They were both front line officers. Kris eventually plucked up the courage to ask Shaunagh out for a drink on Boxing Day “as colleagues" in Windsor which is where their love story began!
During a trip away on their family boat that May on the River Thames at Ship Lake Lock, the romantic Kris got down on one knee in the boat and proposed!
They decided to continue the nautical theme throughout their Wedding, all the love and thought in the details on the day was incredible from the table centre pieces to the fabulous cake. Shaunagh worked very hard ensuring all the details were perfect for their perfect day! Their wedding ceremony and reception was held at Stirrups Country House Hotel on a crisp winter's day - it snowed heavily the night before and they were excited for a white wedding! They woke up to a blue sky, warmer day and the snow started to melt, but we still did manage to get some lovely snowy pictures for them to remember their special day!
They continued the nautical theme beyond the wedding and even chose a cruise for their honeymoon!
