Olvia & Alistair's Wedding Story
Olivia and Alistair got married at the Cambridge Belfry which is a fantastic Cambridge wedding venue.
We were very fortunate and had fantastic weather all day, we were even treated to a fantastic sunset later in the evening. I had met up with Olivia and Alistair a couple of times prior to the wedding to discuss the images they wanted capturing. They wanted lots of nigh time creative images which I always love to capture as they are so much fun. Who doesn’t like playing with smoke grenades? I get to do it as part of my job and its great!
The couple had put so much effort into decorating the venue for their wedding, they had a rustic country theme which looked stunning. There were handcrafted details everywhere which were a pleasure to photograph, they really complimented their individual wedding story beautifully.
I had a lot of fun photographing this wedding, Olivia and Alistair requested lots of unique images, I always like to offer my couples the opportunity to maximise what we can achieve with the conditions on the day so we took the opportunity to get out and utilise the beautiful sunset for a few images.
After the first dance, we went back out to get some night time images across the lake and Olivia’s dad got involved helping me with deploying a purple smoke grenade.
A great day, many amazing memories captured forever.
