Kirstie & Daniel's Wedding Story
I had a fantastic day photographing a super fun couple – Kirstie & Daniel. These two very successful fitness coaches chose the stunning De Vere Wotton House for their wedding. The venue, which has the very first Italian gardens introduced in the UK, is located in Dorking, Surrey. The venue’s garden has grottos, ponds and Roman style temples; these are perfect for photographing. I started my day photographing Kirstie, Daniel, the bridesmaids and the ushers getting ready at different sites of the venue. Just before the ceremony, we managed to do a very quick bridal session. I photographed Kirstie in her beautiful wedding dress using bright daylight coming from the main window. Straight after the ceremony, the newly weds and their guests enjoyed drinks in the garden. That was a great opportunity for more candid photography of guests mingling with each other.
