Kayleigh Hooker & Paul Wood's Wedding Story
Kayleigh and Paul had their special day with us on 8th October 2022.
They were joined by 60 of their closest friends and family for the ceremony and wedding breakfast plus 20 extra guests for their evening reception.
They booked their ceremony for 2pm in our ballroom followed by a drinks reception with Pimms and Peroni! They opted for a casual BBQ Buffet and the Ice-Cream Bike as their wedding breakfast allowing an informal afternoon. Their speeches followed their food with a toasting drink for each person. They celebrated their evening reception from 7pm starting off with the reveal of a claw machine - which included the favours for each of their guests! The Cutting of the lego themed cake and First Dance were closely followed.
The theme of the day was golds and rustic and traditional. They hired the Silver Candelabras which sat beautifully in the ballroom. They also had a picture corner which celebrated all the moments they had with they had with their friends and family leading up to the big day!

"Starting out slow, we got engaged December 2019 so spent all of lockdown brainstorming our perfect day. We finally got a chance to visit some venues which were way out of budget! We then found the Tennis club it was local, very friendly and it had that perfect rustic feel to it with its thatched roof, beams, pillars and twinkling lights! The perfect setting! The team were incredibly helpful and we ended up visiting regularly just for a coffee! We ended up with the whole day being at the venue, the price covered tableware and linen, ceremony hire, reception hire, great drinks package, an incredible BBQ and ice-cream cart and even helped with table decor! Nothing seemed too much trouble for this lovely team and it was the most relaxing and organised day I could have hoped for!"
