Karen Woodley & Alan Woodley's Wedding Story
Alan & Karen planned an intimate wedding for under 20 people. Usually we do not offer our packages in our brochure for smaller than 30 people. However we did a separate offer where we issued a room hire and then a private dinner package. See below the letter that Alan & Karen sent to me.
Hi Albert,
Just wanted to say a big thank you to yourself and all the staff at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands.
We had a wonderful wedding, and so much of that was how we were looked after by your team. We really did not expect the little touches, like having our wedding details shown on screen in reception and on the notice board at the top of the stairs, also having a red carpet in the Tower Room - which was so nicely prepared.
Then there was your Colleague Ela who cut down our button hole stems so that they would fit in our suits, then controlled the music during the ceremony... she was so helpful!
You also did us proud with The Square Private Dining room, we loved the little flower jars, the table was so very nicely laid out, and our meals and the service we received was excellent.
In fact, so excellent that we are thinking how nice it would be if we could get our family together for our anniversary next year, and celebrate once more at the Crowne Plaza!
So watch this space, Albert....
I may well be asking for a package price once again!
