Emily & Will's Wedding Story
Stunning couple and gorgeous light was the theme as this characterful 18th-century gem. The Georgian Aston Hall has a clean contemporary feel that is perfectly balanced within its historic charm.
A few weeks before the wedding I met up with Emily and Will for the pre-wedding shoot close to their home. Straight away I knew these guys were going to be a great couple to work with and we got some beautiful photos. On the day itself they both looked stunning and again they were just so easy going. Emily had a gorgeous dress from @emilybridalwear and the groom took a leaf from my own wedding with the b&w bowtie look. Together they looked incredible.
The guests were all in great spirits and we managed to get out and around the grounds before we got rained off. Luckily the rain disappeared and we managed to finish off the couple portraits just as the sun was hiding away behind the building.
At most weddings I like to get creative and during dusk do 5-10 mins of photos using a softbox to create dramatic lighting. Aston Hall has a beautiful entrance so we managed to get a few photos prior to evening guests arriving. The evening itself was epic, with the groomsmen in full on disco mood.
