Charlie & Harry's Wedding Story
Harry and Charlie got married on the 28th of July this year in Eversholt Hall, a lovely village hall sat on a little hill overlooking the village green. They planned a DIY wedding, getting lots of family and friends involved. They had family perform with their band out on the green, friends make their wedding cake and the mother of the groom created the beautiful flower bouquets. They spent the entire day before the wedding decorating the hall with paper lanterns, bunting, flowers and creating a lovely snug area on the balcony, it was a real labour of love.
On the day Charlie got ready with her bridesmaids and her man of honour, her best friend was a guy but that wasn’t going to stop her having him apart of the day. They all traveled together on a beautiful vintage bus, with bright red and blue seats, which added so much colour and fun to the photos. Charlie, being the boho care free woman that she is let her personality shine through even as a bride by wearing her bride vibe Toms for most of the day (and wearing no shoes at all for the rest of the time) and having henna drawn across her wrists and hands.
After the ceremony I took the couple off to a secret garden across the road from the venue for some photos before heading back to get more shots in the wheat field. Their family and friends were so much fun throughout the day, getting totally involved in the confetti throwing, the group shots and later the dancing. Charlie even persuaded the bridesmaids and groomsmen to run with them down the road in the rain without umbrellas.
Harry & Charlie wanted their day and their photos to be full of fun and that is just what they got.
