Brad & Becky's Wedding Story
Today I had the pleasure in photographing the lovely wedding for Joe Bradley and Jenny Hackett add Bartle Hall in Preston, Bartle hall is a charming country House Hotel situated within 16 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and Woodlands a perfect setting for any wedding.
Today the weather was not going to be kind to us with the rain forecast all day long, still, this did not put a dampener on the day and the bridal preparations soon got underway at around 10:00 am at Bartle Halls new Thicket lodge, where the bride and bridesmaids can pamper and prepare themselves for the wedding ceremony.
Soon the bridesmaids were ready it was time to head across to the Bartle Hall Country house where Becky would put on her wedding dress and walk down the stairs to the ceremony room to meet Bradley her husband to be. A lovely short wedding ceremony with close friends and family was just perfect for the couple.
It was soon time for drinks canapes and celebrations and let the party begin, with the rain coming down hard and fast it was into the ceremony room for all the group formal photographs.
once the main photographs were taken it was time to spend 20 minutes or so with the bride and groom around the country house getting some photos around the venue's staircase on windows before heading out to the coach barn for the wedding reception and speeches.
Later on, as the day unfolded it was soon time for the evening guests to arrive and get the party into full swing with the cutting of the cake and the first dance of Brad and Becky before everyone else joined in and danced the night away celebrating this wonderful wedding of a lovely couple.
