8.15- 9.45: The congregation will arrive at the Great North Door of Westminster Abbey. Arrivals are expected to take up to an hour and a half as guests arrive by foot and by car.
10.10: Princes William and Harry are due to leave Clarence House in a Bentley for the five minute drive to Westminster Abbey
10.20: Members of foreign royal families arrive at the Abbey from Buckingham Palace.
10.20: At the same time, mother-of-the-bride Carole Middleton, and Kate's brother James leave the Goring Hotel for the Abbey — they are due to arrive at 10.27.
10.25: Members of the Royal Family, excluding those listed below, leave Buckingham Palace for the Abbey, due to arrive at 10.30.
10.35: The remaining members of the Royal Family — including The Duke of York, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Timothy Laurence — leave for the Abbey, to arrive at 10.40.
10.38: The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall leave Clarence House. They are due to arrive at 10.42.
10.40: The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh leave Buckingham Palace, arriving at the Abbey five minutes later.
10.48: Kate and William's bridesmaids and page boys leave the Goring Hotel to arrive at the Abbey for 10.55.
10.51: Kate and her father, Michael Middleton, will leave the Goring Hotel.
11.00: The wedding ceremony starts. The service will be broadcast on big screens in Hyde Park and Trafalgar Square.
12.15: Prince William and his bride will leave the Abbey for Buckingham Palace. The Bride and Groom will be in the 1902 State Landau, or the Glass Coach if it's raining. The procession will pass by some of London's most best-known landmarks.
12.30: The procession arrives at Buckingham Palace.
12.40: Members of the Royal Family and foreign royal families arrive at Buckingham Palace.
12.40: Other wedding guests also arrive at Buckingham Palace.
13.25: The Queen, bride and groom, together with their families, appear on the balcony. Will they or won't they follow the example of William's parents and mark the occasion with a public kiss?
13.10: The Royal Air Force will perform a Fly-past.
There will then be a lunchtime reception at Buckingham Palace, followed by a private dinner and dancing hosted by The Prince of Wales.
