Claire Hardiman wins Flowers!
UKbride Power User Claire Hardiman has just won her flowers courtesy of Chirpee!
"I am working as a secondary school chemistry teacher, we are both teachers and met at work. He was my boss so the first person I met from the department. We live in Portsmouth," says Claire, latest winner of UKbride's Power User competition.
"Jason proposed on June 19th 2017. We were sat in the garden on a lovely sunny evening after work with our cats playing in the grass next to us. He was being a little over excited that he had ordered something for me but that I had to wait (we had a holiday booked and i think he wanted to wait till then) and then the day it arrived he could not hold his own and popped the question."
"Planning is going very well we have the venue, colour scheme etc organised and I am working with my step mum to slowly buy all of the bits and bobs you need. I have picked my dress but dont dare buy it as i would like to lose weight and although I have chosen colours for my bridesmaids I have not entirely decided on the style of dresses yet."
"It felt amazing to know I'd won that prize. I was very excited to hear the news, I think I almost deafened the lady that told me. I was overwhelmed if I'm being honest it's such a significant financial part, that it's a huge help."
"I do enjoy browsing around the UKbride site. I love looking at all of the different ideas that people have and seeing how they chose to celebrate. I also used it an awful lot when trying to decide on the type of venue. I have been using the site for around nine months."
