Terms and Conditions:
Creative Direction. The Client accepts Lovefinity's creative direction that will determine the look of the product(s) or service(s).
Copyright (a). On completion of the project, the Client will be granted the copyright of the video recordings (but not the copyright in music soundtracks). The Client shall grant Lovefinity the right to use extracts from the finished production for publicity purposes on the Lovefinity website, third party websites associated with weddings, and any social media. Lovefinity shall retain the copyright in any music / soundtracks supplied from their music library.
Copyright (b) and Data Protection. The Client must ensure that permission is obtained for the inclusion of any copyrighted material, any performers or performances, trademarks, locations and music. The Client agrees to notify those attending the event that they may be recorded on video cameras and that by attendance give their consent to being recorded. Lovefinity accepts no responsibility for any breach in copyright for Client supplied music, and the Client agrees to indemnify Lovefinity in the event of any breach of copyright claims being brought against them in respect of material supplied by the Client.
Liability. Lovefinity accepts no liability for loss or damage of product(s) or service(s) occurring due to an event outside of our control.
