Because that's what we deliver every week of the year. We are a National Award Winning high energy band that will guarantee to give you and your guests the night of their lives.
Do you want a band that can deliver you a bespoke night of songs. Along with your input you will have the perfect mix of genre's and classic songs, new and old. Our massive repertoire covers hits from the 60's through to modern day anthems, across range of genres include soul, classic rock, indie, so there is something for everyone.
We can play your first dance song and any songs you have previously requested to us. This evening is about YOU! In between our live sets we will also provide music on a playlist so that the music doesn't stop.
Have you always had that dream song you wanted to walk down the aisle to? With our acoustic duo, Ian & Jen, we can make that dream happen! Providing beautiful melodies during your ceremony and then your afternoon reception as guests mingle and photos are being taken.

We booked them for the whole day and the moment Jen started singing the walk in song there was not a dry eye including myself in the room.
After the ceremony Jen and Ian entertained our guest outside in the garden of our venue and the amount of people who asked us who they were because they were so amazing, confirmed we had booked the right band for our special day.
The evening approached and the rest of the band joined Jen and Ian for what I would describe as the best evening I and most of our guest have ever had. The song choices, the best, the vibe and atmosphere was electric and everyone I have spoken to since our wedding has commentated on how good and entertaining Joyrider were.

This band are chilled, relaxed but always get the party started. They just know how to read the situation and tap into different genres to ensure everyone has an amazing time.
Having live music to walk down the aisle to, sign our paperwork, and walk down the aisle as a married couple was a decision we will never regret. Jen did an amazing version of Alicia Key's Empire State of Mind. It just blew us away. We will never forget it!
Having the acoustic sets throughout our day just gave us such a wonderful atmosphere for our outdoor wedding and really set the mood. Otherwise the day could have been flat.
The band played Foo Fighters 'Everlong' for our first dance. Just amazing. Thanks Steve for singing our special song for us, and so wonderfully.
The band were not afraid to try new things, mix it up, but most of all, just rocked.
On the lead up to the wedding Ian and Steve were so accommodating - they showed a genuine interest in getting to know what we wanted. Nothing was too much.

Lisa and I had a wedding party on 18/6/22 with 120 guests to celebrate. Joyrider absolutely smashed it out of the park, well out of our garden and into the neighbours gardens and beyond……………..
Ian was superb in the arrangements and the learning of 3 songs for us, two of them they may well keep in their set, the third I'm sure they are already trying to forget. That's because of the song choice, not Joyriders rendition of it, that was perfect.
Seriously, so professional and accomplished and they did everything we asked, and everything possible to make our wedding party perfect, which they succeeded in doing. I have never been to a wedding or party where a band have been able to get everyone up and dancing all night.
Jen absolutely smashed our first dance song, Their rendition of "Electric dreams" was magical, and they absolutely rocked the special request of "Billy don't be a hero", (never to be repeated) for Lisa's special dance routine.
I would and will recommend Joyrider to anyone who needs a special band, that will really make your party a night to remember, and a night your guests will be talking about for years to come.
