I would say your next thing would be important people like photographer/videographer, dj/band etc. I'm getting married June 2019 and I've booked all mine I was scared they would book out fast, all I've left to book is the cake and my hair and makeup ️

Photographer next. Ours is also July 2019 and I was gonna leave everything else until next year after I booked the venue in March but a lot of photographers are already booking up for 2019 I went through loads before I found one that was available on my day and gave the package we wanted for the right value

Might be best to think what's most important to you. I wanted good food so that was the first thing. Got our clothes (bridal party and groom) sorted as well. And just found a photographer who suits our needs. I'm doing all he decorations myself, but next big things on the list are DJ and any other entertainment we might want, then alcohol, hotels, transport. All depends on budget and what kind of wedding you want to what you focus on really?! Hope that helps a little bit

Booking DJ, band/entertainment, photographer, cake and flowers. Maybe get a plan or mood board for decorations and colour schemes. Your dress you wanna do about a year before and bridesmaid dresses about 6 months before. I made a lot of my decorations and invites etc so spend weekends buying and making things for it so it was sorted at a steady pace.

I'm November 2019 and I've booked our venue and photographer, I've also been in talks with possible florists, hair stylist, make up artist and cake maker! X

Mines 26th july 2019 venue registrar entertainment abd photography booked. Everything else im doing myself

Caterers, photographer, DJ/ band, start dress shopping, choose your wedding colour scheme or theme and get a budget sheet going before you decide anything

I'm hoping to be november 2019 and I'm going to look at venues next week .... Nothing booked yet ...well cake is sorted due to it having to be gluten and diary free.

My wedding is May 2019, we've got the venue booked already and are just about to book the photographer. Our venue has the caterer included so if yours doesn't then definitely look at that! Next for us will be the cake and flowers, as those are the main things that get booked up really quickly (just after venue and photographers!). Then probably venue decorations (chairs, bows for the chairs, drapery etc), photo booth and DJ beginning of next year, and bridal party, rings and all the other little bits and bobs toward the end of next year. We would most defiantly recommend wedding insurance, setting your budget and getting a guest list together. Once you know how many guests you intend to invite, this will help when considering other parts of your day and how many guests you'll have.
