We are having one long table for our wedding breakfast (21 people, rectangular table) and would like to get a table plan printed/ordered for this which we'll place on an easel, but can't see any online. They all seem to be for the standard set up of names listed under each table. Anyone know where we could get one from? We know people will be able to find their seats easy enough without one but it's just to add something else to make the room look less empty!

Make one then you can make exactly how you see it in your mind. We got most the stuff from hobby craft and The Works and costs a fraction of the price and can look just as good x

I've made on on Publisher and will be printing it through photo box. Very reasonable price and I've always been impressed with the quality.

We're doing the same and I can't find anything either. Everything caters for round tables.

If you can design one or get someone to design it for you then you could just get one printed on A2 or A1 size. Pretty standard. I was planning on creating my own. We aren't having stop table though. Just a bridal party table. 😊

I made my own table plan. You can design it however you like then. I used a pin board and wrapped it in hessian. Put lace round the edge to tidy it up and put string across. I then used pretty pegs to peg name cards to. I had hand printed each name on to each table list but you could just put a single name on each card
The picture isn't mine but it's similar to what I did

I made my own, I used a large thin piece of mdf and painted it with chalk board paint. You could always use colours to match your theme. X

We drew our own, gave it to the venue, and they put the place names into the correct settings. We didn't have a seating plan displayed, as there were 20 of us seated at three tables (top table and two tables making a 'U' shape). People just looked for their name plate.

Perhaps get a 100x20cm canvas. Put your wedding details on a big rectangle in the middle and then place the names round the outside.

Buy a rectangular mirror and write your table plan on it.
