Hi ladies. Where can I find a decent priced veil. Not wanting to spend too much as I will only wear it for a wee while. Thanks

eBay has lots of choice both new and second hand, can easily get a beautiful one for under £30.

My best friend got hers from a charity shop with a bridal department - £15 brand new and exactly the same as the one she tried in the bridal shop which was well over £100.

I bought mine off eBay for about £7 and you would think any different of it to an expensive veil x

Mine was eBay - £5, brand new from china. My wife's was quite similar and cost £30, again from China. I saw an identical one (of mine) for sale for £150!!
My hairdresser adapted my veil slightly, removing the comb and replacing it with fabric folded over so that it could be clipped in. It was a really simple adaptation but it meant that the veil stayed in for the pics despite the obvious wind. My wife had the standard comb (which was secured long enough for the ceremony) and so obviously the veil came off. I'd be happy to take a photo of the change if anyone wanted to see what I mean (it's difficult to describe but easy to do)...

My first port of call would be eBay or Facebook. Lots of people sell theirs on and as they only get worn for a short time, they're all in great condition x
