We are looking for a venue to accommodate around 80-90 guests for a indoor/outdoor ceremony. After the ceremony we would like our remaining guests around 150-180 in total including guests from the ceremony to join us for drinks and food. We aren't looking for a sit down meal as such, we would like either a buffet of antipasti/hog roast/pizza/ or bbq. For the evening food we would like to use our "wedding cake" which would be pork pie, along with this we'd like to serve crackers, cheese, apple and grapes. Am I asking too much for a venue to provide this?

I can't see why a venue can't provide this, you just need to contact the venues you have in mind and ask them. Good luck x

Not at all! No venue should specify how and what you serve your guests. It's your day, a good venue should allow you what you want! X
