There's a site called vividress with a lovely plus size range. Not too sure of how good they are but had a look there myself as a possibility before I lost my weight 👍🏻

I'm a 22 and got my dress at davids bridal in Stratford. There is also a salon called curves and couture in essex that specialises in plus size bridal gowns. They are currently featured on curvy brides boutique on TLC sky tv channel. Had I known of its existence before I got my dress I would have definitely paid it a visit.

Wed2be for sure. I'm a 16-18 in normal clothes and they advised when I went in that I would be looking for a dress in their 20-22 range (which is norm for wedding dresses). I thought the range would be limited in that size but I must have tried on at least 15 different dresses with loads still on the rack that I hadn't. Well worth a look and fabulous prices x

I was watching that curvy brides program and a lady on there wanted to lose 6 stone and they told her to hold off looking for her dress as it was such a lot to loose that she would probably try on and suit different dresses. I think it was 1-2 stone was fine but anymore they recommended waiting (if you have the time to obviously) x

I can relate to you here. I put a deposit on my wedding dress when I was a size 20 top and bottom. I am now a size 10-12 top, size 14 hip. I've lost 3 and half stone. Luckily for me the style of dress I have still suits me and I love it even more. It depends on the style of dress you have , how determined you are and how much weight you're looking at loosing. Luckily I have a really good bridal shop where they've said I can change my dress right up until they need to take my measurements to order it in the shop. My plan is a couple of months before that time I will try my dress on again to make sure as I still plan on loosing weight. Hopefully that gives you a bit of help from someone in the same position

Wed2b have shops all over Britain and they go into plus sizes. They're usually a size smaller so go a size above if you go in. 😊
