I would check the internet for their storm season and ask a travel agent. My best friend goes every year in August to visit family and she has never mentioned bad weather x

We've been to the sensatori in Negril, Jamaica and it's the nicest place we've ever been! I couldn't recommend it enough. Everything about the whole experience was amazing!

We have been to the sensatori in Negril Jamaica and it was perfect in every way! So much so that my H2B wants to go back next year for our honeymoon and keeps trying to persuade me! The honeymoon suit is perfect and the views of the sea are great. Food and service is top notch and they make you feel like royalty. It was the best holiday we have ever been on and we have been to many Caribbean islands. Take a look through my pics if u like I have an album on there under Jamaica x

I got married in Cuba October last year. It was hurricane season but it only made the weather hotter. The rain was only for 10mins occasionally around 10pm xx

We did Jamaica last year!! We left the first week of September (Slightly better price!!) It was AMAZING!! We had 5ish hours of rain over the two weeks! There was a few thunderstorms but we just laid on the beach watching them! The most lovely people too!! Honestly!! If we could go back tomorrow we would!! ️

We are going to Jamaica a week tomorrow to get married! Going to the grand Palladium just outside of Montego bay, family have stayed there before and highly recommend it! Cannot wait! If It says on the weather app rain it will only rain for 10 mins or so apparently x

I'm wanting to book for next August and was also wondering the same about weather, ideally be nice to go straight after the wedding, but didn't know if we would be better off waiting until November time x

We went to Jamaica Sensatori Negril this year for our honeymoon. We were disappointed with how much we paid and the hotel was not as good as other hotels we have experienced. Don't be fooled by their premium rooms they are not worth the money. We went the end June so their rainy season and we had rain every afternoon but we knew it was coming and only lasted a few hours

We went to Mexico in September / October .. if we looked at the weather app (which we did!) every day practically the weather app showed storms, thunder and lightening etc. When we got there though the days were red hot, the thunder tended to be first thing on a morning to clear the skies and once or twice on a night and lasted maybe an hour or so. It was the most amazing holiday we've ever been on, wish we could go back tbh! I'm reality check various sources, mm of rainfall etc because a lot of weather apps show thunder even it one 1 out of the 24 hours is thunder

It is hurricane season in the Caribbean between March-November so you will get rain almost every day in August. It usually only lasts for a short period of time then clears up again. I was in Cuba a couple of years ago in September, the weather was really hot and it rained about the same time every afternoon then stopped again after about 30 minutes. You do however see some amazing lightening(?) if you like that kind of thing.
