So my wedding ceremony is at 3pm and the registry office says I have to be there 15 mins before to speak with the registrar. Should I put an earlier time on the invites? Maybe 2:30 just to be safe? I feel like it would spoil the entrance if I turn up as guest are still arriving xx

I would do. My venue wants everyone seated 30 mins before the ceremony so that no one sees me x

Ours was at 2, I put 2pm on invite and when I saw registrar at 1.50 everyone was ready and waiting. I always arrive 60 mins before time on invite

I enclosed a guest information sheet in our invites and it stated to be there half hour before to be seated comfortably x
