were having a friend of my sons doing our photography....anyone know when we would pay her. she and her partner have been invited to the wedding breakfast as she's taking photos there and I didn't want her to feel left out :) advice please x
Hi I would give her a deposit then pay the rest when you have received the photos :)

Just ask her? She might want half before as a deposit or might not be bothered. Can't really go off what anyone else says apart from her

Same as everyone above, just ask her. It's a professional service regardless as to whether she's attending the wedding. Just say 'I've heard 4 weeks prior is the standard, is that OK with you?'
