We have our pre wedding photo shoot tomorrow morning on a beach. Not sure what to wear. I was going to wear jeans and a casual top/t shirt but then wondered if people usually dressed up for these shoots. Help!

I wore jeans and a top and hubby wore jeans and polo shirt. We went with what we felt comfortable in and something that was a true reflection of us. (My profile pic is from pre wedding shoot) x

Casual is perfect because your wedding day will be all glam, also pre shoots i think are jus how you feel comfy. Take a few options maybe just in case and you can choose:)

We did casual, I thought it would be nice to have x2 different types of picture's to hang. But it's whatever you feel comfortable and what sort of pictures you want

Did ours
On holiday where we got engaged so
Hotter weather and wore shorts and top
However if in the uk I'd go for a pair of jeans and top relaxed and casual but depends how you want your photos to look x

What are the pre wedding photo shoots for?

Whatever you are happy and comfy in. Oh and no logos. http://www.emmaandrich.co.uk/preparing-for-your-couple-engagement-shoot/

You should decide and your photographer should advise you. If it's an 'engagement shoot' or similar then you should plan your outfits to match your desired look and style (and check with your photographer it works), colour coordinated is nice and bear in mind your outfits should ideally be colour coordinated with the environment too (beach, sea etc). If it's just a test shoot it doesn't matter as much, so be clear why you're doing this and what you want to get out of it.

The more comfortable you are in what you wear, the more relaxed you will be. Just be true to yourself

Wear something that you feel comfortable in. Don't wear something that's not you. Our pre wedding shoot was on a golf course (I know, I can't believe it myself!), and had to take in to consideration of my surroundings, as I'm sure you will too on a beach. I wore a nice pair of black jeans, and a smart top. I had my hair done too. Hope you have a fantastic shoot, we really enjoyed ours!! X

We went for these outfits for our shoot on Brighton Seafront. It was a bit windy mind but go for something casual and comfortable, you don't want to go too far away from what you normally wear and don't want it to be staged and unrecognisable to you!
