How did everyone decide on the theme of their wedding? Did you have input from bridesmaids and family or is it something you and your H2b decided on? I'm torn between a classic wedding and a country/rustic feel, both of which would suit our personalities. Need some advice girls! x
I'm stuck on this too, I like the shabby chic but I also like the modern sparkles haha' our venue is more modern tho so I think that's what we will go with x
Choose your venue first then decide which goes best like Beth said. Look for pictures from previous weddings in that venue and see how their styles and themes worked
If I was a wedding I would be mine . It's me down to the t . It's girly and glamorous with tons of sparkles
I chose peacock because I couldn't decide on one colour (purple, green, blue)....so I thought I'd have all of them :) my other half wasn't bothered and said I could have whatever I wanted as long as it wasn't Harry Potter :(
We decide on our colours and then also decided on a Marvel theme. It's a big family thing for us so just felt a natural choice x
Seriously, I don't have a clue!
The h2b just says "as long as you're happy, I'm happy".
So I'm going for "whatever the hell we'd like".
And I've no idea where to start 😫
I'm going for a rustic shabby chic barn type theme :)
Hi because mish mash add both we just have mint green and 80s disco x
I found it difficult but my heart was more drawn to one theme, no reason why you can't mix up the 2 a little bit!
Live in the country on a farm so country , but also like sparkle so lux with sequins and copper metal and birds and flowers
Getting married in the lakes in June so having plenty of greenery & lots of pretty pastel flowers, had already decided on an afternoon tea so going with that theme
We got engaged in Disneyland Paris and going Disney World Florida so a Disney theme fitted perfectly and I love Cinderella so its mainly based around that xx
I started by cutting images from magazines and finding my style that way by what I was 'drawn' to. Also look at your venue is it a countryside venue or city glamour or traditional etc
