Anyone else feel empty after booking everything . Like I have nothing to do for the next 11 months
It goes quite for a while but soon picks up again as you get closer!
I'm making my own decorations so that should keep me busy. Plus with christmas and my birthday in between i dont think i'll have time to think about it all. X
I organised my whole wedding in the space of 3 weeks and now got nothing to do lol xx
I started looking all the little extras that I could do, like favours, wine on the tables, table decs, honeymoon bits etc. But then again I booked, paid and had the wedding all within 6 months so I was steady with little bits and bobs to do. I found the closer I go, I found extra money in the budget to get this extra, or that extra and it all came together beautifully
Good practice for how you'll feel after the wedding lol
Omg me!! I'm saying this to everyone - people say wedding planning is so stressful but I've done everything including the favours and gifts and now it's just a waiting game! I am very impatient so this is not fun at all xx
If you feel like that now God help you after it's all over . 🤣
I've felt like this so often over the last 2 years. But then I've always found or thought of something to keep me occupied. Even now with 5 days left I've given myself jobs to do I ain't stopping until I walk down that aisle! X
Omg yes hating this waiting game. Going to shop for dress next but have to wait a few months until finances replemished good luck to all to you brides to be xx
I'm the same only need to pick my dress now. Wedding is 15 months away. Keep telling everyone i'm bored xxx
So me! I've got loads of ideas but no money to do them right now because I've paid all of the deposits x
I feel like I've still got loads to do! I have 90 days till our wedding!!!!! But everything is booked and the most important things bought but we still have our vows, music, favours and gifts, honeymoon! We booked our wedding last year and have just been buying/sorting things out along the way!!! I'm starting to feel very nervous now xxxx
After planning our wedding and honeymoon, I planned my mum a surprise 60th birthday party which kept me busy then after that I got bored and so planned a house move .
Hi Alys I have only 1thing definately booked :)
Im the same got most things booked apart wot everybodys going to wear n i feel like it should have been more stressfull lol
Best thing I'm finding about being just over a year away is that I have enough time to tweak the minor details...got everything booked but still got breathing space for minor changes to venue decor, cake etc. Good luck to all with planning. Enjoy every moment! x
Lol sure you'll find plenty to do. I've still got bits to do, got 7 weeks left
Yep my wedding is 2020 and I just want to get organised and I can't! If I had the money it would be much earlier x
Yea I am wondering if I have forgotten stuff x
I booked planned and got married in a 3 month period wouldn't do it any other way means no time to get stressed and change things or worry just a case of get on with it
I've just booked and payed for my florist today now have nothing to do . I'm not doing any diy as I'm useless as don't have a creative bone in my body so that won't keep me busy . Last thing I have to do is buy my flower girl dresses but have to wait till November the 11th due to them growing . Now i just feel like I have nothing to keep me busy . Got venue , dress , flowers , videographer, photographer , hair and make up artists, adult bridesmaids dresses , planned my seating plan and music . If anyone else thinks of anything else I could plan and focus my time on that be wonderful
Wow I can't believe you have finished with 11 months to go. My wedding is in 5 ish weeks and I still have a ton of things to sort. Little bits keep popping up!
Yep. 4 weeks to go and pretty much everything is sorted. I find myself randomly painting bits of my house so that I feel like I am doing something
