What did you or plan to do night before the wedding? I'm a control freak so not sure I can just sit at home (trying to relax) as I'll be anxious but thinking maybe a meal and few drinks with bridesmaids

I was getting ready and leaving from my parents so I stopped at theirs while h2b stopped at home. Recommend getting an early night as the wedding day is a long day.

I'm spending the day with my sister/moh. We're going to go get a massage and some lunch and then stay overnight at the venue and just spend some quality time together before all the craziness the next day x

I stayed at the venue the night before we got married. My husbands family came down that day so we had them round until about 4 ish then all ate together. I then popped off with my son and got a few bits i had forgotten or not really thought of and got ro hotel about 8.30. My son and I watched a film and then we went downstairs so he could practice his clarinet piece for the wedding in the room and then fell into bed exhausted. I'm normally a control freak but found by the night before the wedding all I wanted was to marry the person I loved moat in the world and nothing mattered but that. X

I went to see Wet Wet Wet. I follow them everywhere. It was the best way to spend my last night of freedom then I met up with my brother and friends who were staying in hotel near church. I came home at 2am and up at 5am as couldn't sleep anymore. I sat in the dark downstairs eating cornflakes then had a bath while everyone was sleeping as I had my mum, brother and close friends plus my daughter at my house. It was so peaceful x

I've arranged to stop at the venue the evening before our wedding with my mom and girls so we can have a girly evening. I'm also a control Greek so think it will help with me being there as I won't feel like I'm not in control if that makes sense

We stayed at the venue, about 20 of us, sisters, parents etc. There was a fireworks night as we got married November 4th, it was great! Xx

We did separate family meals, I went out with my family and far travelled friends and he did the same with his family. As we were staying at the venue the night before as well, we then all met up for a drink at the hotel bar, but I made sure I left by midnight (bad luck and all that.) It was really nice, low key, no pretence and just a good way to enjoy our final single night with our respective families x

I'm such a control freak! I spent the evening with my mum and bridesmaids, we went out for dinner, I drank no alcohol as I was so worried I'd regret it the next day!! I kicked the girls all out at about 9pm? Ran a hot bath, lit some candles, then honestly? Went to bed!! I slept like a log as it was the first time I'd had a bit of me time!! I knew everything was completely under control and that it was too late to change anything!

We went and placed out our wedding favours/place settings, checked we were happy with how the dressing company had decorated etc. Then hubby had arranged a meal with his auntie (who had travelled a distance), his parents and best man while I went to my parents house, had a meal with them at home and tried to chill out with them. I was shattered so tried an early night but struggled to get to sleep. Woke up around 6am (unheard of for me ) wide awake and ready for the day!

I have my rehearsal at 6:00 then we're going to my mums for a dinner, a cpl drinks and then a early night. Keeping it simple as things to do the day before wedding so most ppl will be busy. We're also trying to get out for a massage and get nails done the day before for those of us who will be wanted out of the way!

My husband stayed at his mams house....
I went for a meal with our children, my parents, my two sisters and my chief bridesmaid...
One of my sisters stayed the night... My daughter slept in my bed... I didn't sleep at all all night...
So got out of bed at 430 and was hanging washing out at 5am. Was so peaceful. Not even the birds were up yet and it was so warm.... Wasn't it Zoe Thompson.... Was the beat day we had that year!!! Zoe was my wedding day twin :)
The hairdresser arrived at 7 but it was still a relaxed environment thankfully lol x
