What's your ideal honeymoon destination? I would love some time in Tokyo and then Maldives for relaxing but unlikely to be able to afford that, so thinking about Lake Garda instead but also looking for inspiration
Hi I just want to go to Spain no good wishing for something more exotic funds not available :)
Cuba it was our first holiday together. X
I keep looking at Iceland. I'd love to see the northern lights and relax in the hot springs x
We're going to sorrento
We're going to Koh Samui, Thailand :) not too expensive and food etc over there supposed to be cheap x
Lake Garda is really beautiful, we stayed there for our honeymoon before going to Florence x
We're going to Cyprus, didn't want to fly long haul but Cyprus weather is meant to be very good...spent extra for a posh adults only resort for 10 nights :)
Our perfect honeymoon would be somewhere really hot with gorgeous views but the reality is we have 3 young children and I'd never go away without them so we are looking at Disneyland Paris
We're off to St Lucia - sandals resort, all inclusive and so luxurious and nowhere near as expensive as we thought, worth a look, much cheaper than the Maldives
Also try looking at Costa Rica or even Bermuda xxx
We're hoping to do the Maldives but will have to go a few months after our wedding to avoid stormy season. Planning on a mini moon somewhere hot just after the wedding though too.
We are off to Florida. Doing the parks and then hiring a car and driving to stay on the coast for some RNR
We're going to the Dominican Republic ..
We are doing Japan.
I would love to go to Hawaii for my honeymoon but can afford so we are going to Toronto instead
We're off to Cape Verde. Not too pricey and a gorgeous island and hotel x
Off to Aruba on Monday for ours. Santorini was another option
We will probably go to the Caribbean or Maldives but I would love to go to the Galapagos Islands & Ecuador followed by a week at a beach - Hawaii or Fiji.
We're doing Sri Lanka and the Maldives but Mexico was also considered. It was our first holiday together and it's beautiful there.
We're going to Disneyworld Florida for two weeks 😍
South East Asia is my favourite destination! My surprise honeymoon featured Beijing, Singapore, Java, Bali and Borneo. We've also been to Vietnam, Myanmar and Thailand. Depends if you want a lazy holiday or one with a bit of sightseeing! Thoroughly recommend this part of the world though, flights aren't that bad and accommodation can be really cheap (you get a lot for not much money). Pm if you want more details

We went to Mauritius for two weeks and it was a reasonable price for the standard of holiday we had! Was a nice relaxed one :-)
Italy is lovely, you could maybe do a few days in the lakes and then maybe a few days in Milan or fly down to Rome for some sightseeing. Also Sardinia and Sicily are great for beach breaks :-)
We're gunna have a delayed honeymoon and have it as our 1st wedding anniversary in Saint Lucia x
North yorkshire is stunning. Thats where we are going. X
We went to the Maldives, was expensive but well worth it :) x
We are doing a cruise of the Mediterranean leaving from Palma for 7 nights it was only £3000
We spent 5 days in Tokyo last year - so expensive! We honeymooned in Cambodia (best place iv ever been in my life, 50cents for a pint of beer!) then Laos, then on to Vietnam. It was tiring (planning and travelling) but totally worth every second! Hope you find somewhere amazing to go x
We're going snowboarding in Japan then heading to the Philippines for a week of beach times. Check out Airbnb for incredible bargains! That way it'll only be the flights that sting your bank account :)
I'd love to do Australia but have a toddler so we are hoping to do Florida/Disney then fly down to Mexico.
We have had a rough year and it's not getting much better before the wedding next year so have saved up and having a trip of a lifetime in Australia!
Come to South Africa you will absolutely love it. Cape Town, Kruger national park, Sun city etc.
We are doing the Amalfi coast in Italy! Looks beautiful! We tried doing Lake Garda as well but was very pricey as going in August - so might not be much cheaper. Depends on your budget x
We are thinking the Maldives or Seychelles as a once once in a lifetime blow out x
Somewhere in a log cabin, no mobile phone, Internet, just me n my h2b and possibly our dogs.
I get married in 9 days, going to St Lucia in January but having a week away to Lanzarote for a mini moon
I'm just hoping for 1 night away anywhere!!!!!! Lol (I've got 3 kids!!!)
Dream would be Romania or somewhere cultury rich. Not hot though
We did a three month trip round SE Asia - Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Tokyo to finish. Cambodia has stunning scenery, beautiful temples and is super cheap. The Andaman islands in Thailand are beautiful and you can find luxury hotels for reasonable prices compared to the Maldives. If you like adventure and amazing food, Vietnam is incredible and climbing Mt Kinabalu on Borneo is tough but worth it.
Also if you're after a safari holiday I'd recommend Botswana or Zambia over South Africa - Chobe National Park in Botswana is a short flight from Johannesburg and prices for hotels and tours are much much cheaper than any other place I've visited. We visited in September and found rooms in new luxury hotels going for around $100 per night.
We're going to Cuba and have upgraded so we have our own special bit of the beach and our own waiter can't wait roll on march x
We wanted to go to Hawaii, but after a paying for a wedding and buying our first home could not afford it, so we went to Bali. Managed to get it really cheap in October as it's the start of rainy season, but it only rained a couple of times for a few mins. The rest of the time was glorious!
We are wanting to do Peru and inca trail but maybe to expensive xxx
Always check the British Airways sale you can get anything for almost half price I think it starts around now?! X
We having a mini moon somewhere in Europe and then on our year anniversary we going to be having our proper honeymoon, this way we can save and also celebrate our 1st year together.
Mexico 100%, cannot recommend it enough!!
We went to Sorrento in italy. Absolutely stunning place x
We went to turkey and Cyprus spent week in both places xx
try Ireland me and my fiancé found really cheap flights over there hotels don't look to bad x
When we got engaged we spent a few days exploring room, then flew to Milan as it's the nearest airport to Lake Como, and we spent a few days their relaxing. It is so beautiful x
We are going to Las Vegas lol x
We're going to Orlando for two weeks
We are thinking about Zanzibar at the moment as it looks amazing. We have done SE Asia & Bali which is incredibly. My parents went to Maldives and said it was really boring !!
We are going to Disney world florida (trip of a lifetime) taking our daughter as although it's our honeymoon she is part of us and I just couldn't leave her behind
We wanted both tokyo and America so doing tokyo before the wedding and America after it
I wanted to go on a Caribbean cruise, but we are taking the kids to Florida instead
I went to Sri Lanka on holiday with my fiancé last year. It was absolutely gorgeous and not far from Maldives so you get the beautiful weather anyway. Wonderful country and the people are amazing too. I think we paid a total of £3k for 10 nights all inclusive in a 5* hotel, which was perfect for us. Then done a couple of excursions too. Xx
i want to go to see the northern lights and sleep in a glass igloo!
How about Tenerife? Thats where we are going. But alot of people say Mexico is beautiful for a honeymoon.xxx
Would absolutely love Bora Bora, but I'd have to win the lottery to afford it thinking either Maldives or Australia instead x
We are off to Rhodes in Greece for a week a few days after we tie the knot. We've never been to Greece before and heard nothing but good things about it. 🇬🇷

We went to dubai and it was amazing!
Lake Garda is incredible! It's where we got engaged
We went in September and stayed just outside of the lake. Everywhere was so peaceful as it was the end of the season there.
I'd recommend it to anyone!
