Hey fellow brides to be.. I'm looking for budget saving tips on save the dates. Can anyone recommend where to get some fairly nice save the dates for a reasonable price? Thanks

I made my own printed on card and added a magnetic strip to the back I got a roll of that from Poundland ... I wanted to be able to spend the money on fancy invites ️

I made scratch cards from home for mine and it cost me £15 for 100 you need card, white crayon, silver paint and fairy liquid x

Got mine from VistaPrint, and you can make them your own by changing the designs they have a bit! And they usually have a discount code somewhere.

I had a branch cut into slices, drilled a hole into each and threaded some ribbon through them, added a magnet to the back and then made a card for them to be attached to.

Bride and groom direct were doing 25 free save the dates. All you have to pay is postage. You change the name to yours and your partners and the date then they come with envelopes as well. I thought they looked lovely and classic. Brilliant if you don't know the colour scheme yet.

I've done them myself, I designed them and then I've sent them to freeprints where you just pay for delivery and then I've brought some card to stick them on, or could do it on computer yourself x

Consider electronic. There's loads of free e-invites that you can download online & use. Wish I'd done that. Alternatively, use your wedding website as your invite & r.s.v.p portal. Send everybody a WhatsApp or text with the link

Our super low budget save the date (costing us £0) was a beautiful picture drawn by a friend, with our text added, and sent by email. That only works if most of your guests have email though. But you could always print a few as a photo and send them off to those who don't.

I got my save the dates from a company that work through eBay but I really wanted them as fridge magnets but didn't want to spend a big amount so bought magnetic tape from pound shop and stuck it on the back of them! They worked our very well zz

Mine have cost about £65 all in to make and post 50 save the dates! I bought the ribbon and some stamps separately and got the actual tags made by someone on Etsy!

Vista print can do them if you design them like a business card then most stationary shops or supermarkets sell small envelopes xx

VistaPrint... you can get business card sized ones, postcards or magnets! We got ours there and they were about £30 for 150!
