Hi everyone just after some advice please, I have bought my wedding dress from a charity shop and I am picking it up on Saturday what is the best way to keep it clean and dry thank you

Buy a dress cover or put a bag over it x

They sweat in the plastic and turn yellow get a dress bag xx

The cover I had, had breathable holes in so the dress could breathe! But they will sweat still.
Sometimes it's best they're hung freely.
If it's a long time until your wedding I'd advise having it steam cleaned before the big day to freshen it up after storing it.

Get a breathable wedding dress bag and store in a cool place out of direct sunlight to stop it changing colour. X

Hi my Great Gran kept my Mums dress hanging on her bedroom door covered in the plastic bag and a flannelette sheet on top. My Mum said it was great good luck :)
