I'm thinking of buying a second hand dress as cheap as possible have found one and thinking if I dont like it my mother in law can vamp o it up and maybe use material to make a new one. What your opinion

I havent found an exact one i like so id rather take a used one and vamp it as I'm possibly getting one from my husband to be country (poland)
