Hi! I'm starting to think about wedding jewellery but I have no idea where to start, what kind of necklaces look nice with different necklines etc. I'm having a sleeveless sweetheart neckline dress. My engagement + wedding rings are white gold. Any photos, suggestions or recommendations for necklaces, bracelets etc? Thanks!

Hi I think it is a very personal thing everyone likes something different, what suits one person won't suit another try on some different styles, my rings are white gold too. :)

Try going to a jewelers with a similar neckline and try a few bits on to see what you like x

I got mine from here as I wanted pearls & sparkles & its nice quality but not over priced. I personally didn't go for a necklace choosing earrings & bracelet instead as there's quite a lot going on with my dress! https://fabwedding.biz/collections/bridal-jewellery

My engagement ring us white gold with sapphire and diamonds and wedding band white gold. My dress had pearl style beading so I had pearl and silver earrings, a silver bracelet with purple gem detail and silver back drop necklace with pearl and purple detailing made by h2b. All went really well together. Just pick something you like as most people will be looking at your dress on the day.

I went to Debenhams for mine! I opted for something that matched my dress detail and tiara! I have a sweetheart neckline also so went for something longer than a chocker but not as long as a standard necklace!

Please take a look at Britten bridal jewellery. They are independent and British. The jewellery is very special and perfect for a bride. X

I took my engagement ring as inspiration and a pair of antique earrings which were the same style. I then chose my belt and bracelet and headpiece to tie in with them.

I would base it on how detailed your dress is as well. If it has a lot of detail you might feel that a simple necklace and earrings would be best and not too blingy. I wore a very simple two stone Swarovski pendant and earrings set in silver that my hubby had bought for me. It worked beautifully as my dress had a lot of detail.

Debenhams has got a lovely selection of jewellery sets that aren't too expensive as well as hair pieces. I got earrings and necklace that match detail on my dress

I agree with others about this being a personal thing. I didn't think too hard about this, found a set I liked and bought it. My dress was v neck so I went for something similar shaped but I don't think it matters as much as people make out. When I tried it on with my dress I loved it and went with it. There are lovely inexpensive sets about. Mine was Jon Richard (online or at Debenhams) less than £50 for necklace and earrings.
