It's between 2 people who love each other, that's what matters nothing else xx

Is there any difference between same sex and opposite sex marriage? Not really. But it depends on the context of the question

I think the person who asked this was going to follow up with another question.

Absolutely not. You love who you love. End of. Marriage is a celebration of a couples love and a commitment to their relationship- as long as both parties are wanting the same things then go for it. No one else's opinion really matters x

Love is love and anyone who says differently needs to have a long look in the mirror.

Sweetheart, you have your day however the hell you like with the person you love. Whether you want it more traditional, or wacky as hell, it doesn't matter, so long as the person whose eyes you're looking into when you say "I do" is the one you love. If you want to chat feel free to look me up :) x

Why should it matter about having a same sex marriage EVERYONE deserves to be happy and in love shouldn't make any difference if it's 2 men 2 women or man and woman as long as you love each other and want to commit with each other then go for it xx

No it doesn't matter! The concept is still the same... two people in love wanting to be together forever.

You are marrying the one you love. There is no "same sex" marriage in my eyes. Only marriage. Which is commiting to the one you love and who loves you. Thats ALL that matters. I have "married" lots of loving couples #lovemyjob

This saddens me that this question has been asked as it shouldn't matter; a same sex marriage is the same as any other marriage in my eyes. If you love that person, and they don't hurt you emotionally and/or physically, go for it! Ps I'd say that regardless who was involved in a marriage. Best of luck!!!
