Oh no what a nightmare! Try ringing around some local wedding shops to see if they have any samples that she can have a look at and buy off the peg. Good luck x

Oh no how horrible! Try going around to local boutiques and see if they have any sample sale dresses. If your friend finds one she likes they will sell the dress as seen so all your friend would have to do is get it altered to fit her properly.
