As far as i know you can use any registry office, but need 2 witnesses, bands have to be read in local registry office though..

When we were venue hunting I saw a gorgeous one in Cornwall that I would have chosen if elopement had been an option... reckon google 'elopement Cornwall' and it should be in the listings! Unfortunately was too small for us - best of luck! Xx
