My fiancé and I have booked our wedding for next June. However due for things that have happened we are now seriously considering getting married in Thailand instead as we love the country! We feel like we are paying for our wedding here for other people not for us. Has anyone on here got married in Thailand? Any comments on how difficult it is and the cost? We have been given an opportunity to cancel our wedding venue with a full refund of our deposit so this is the perfect time to make this decision!

I would say if you can cancel the venue with full refund, but only for limited time then cancel it until you decide. You can always re-book if you decide to get married in the UK! Good luck with your decision!
