As me and my other half are thinking of having a registry office (thanks too you ladies), those that had/having a registry office how much did you pay for a venue as I know you need too look for a venue that doesn't included wedding packages and isn't licensed?
Weve paid £280 for a Friday ceremony x
The registry offices vary a lot in terms of style and size. But the prices are usually under £400 for holding a ceremony there. If you'd like a reception it can start to add up more. This is where moving on to a local venue (village hall etc) could maybe be bigger/cheaper etc.
