I think it's a great idea if that's what your happy with :) plus could give you a better budget!

We only want a small wedding so we can have our family and close friend but a big evening party for everyone too come celebrate with us

Hi Alishia, that's exactly what we are doing. We've booked a registry office with just immediate families and bridal party. Then have lots more people joining us at a barn we've hired for our wedding breakfast. So I might be biased but I think it's a brilliant idea!! x

Thats what we had planned to do but are local registry office is closing before our date so we went with a small ceremony and larger evening ceremony as only really want close family and MOH & BM there so do what makes you Happy and what you will enjoy on the day x

I think I'm going to get married in a registry as we only want a small wedding too :)
