When and to who do we send save the dates to? I was thinking all because of the following: we are having a small ceremony and meal for close family and are inviting the rest of our guests to join us for a safari, which will probably start around 5/5:30 and bbq etc in the evening. Our wedding is midweek during the May half term next year. What do you think would be best?

Defintely send them as soon as possible, they are normally only for those attending the ceremony and reception but because of the time and date maybe send one to everyone :)
I have save the dates and then have save the evening! Make it a little bit more fun, we are sending ours out a year before.
