I know traditionally you buy thank you gifts for bridesmaids and then flowers for both mums but are we supposed to buy something for the dad's and best men etc?

Were not buying gifts for ours. I have 5 bridesmaids, 2 flowergirls and there are 5 groomsmen too x
Traditional wedding etiquette dictates that the groom should buy gifts for the male members of the wedding party, including both dads. I think it's only fair if you are buying the bridesmaids and mothers something that then men should get something as well, after all they have been apart of your day too!
I disagree with that i think its very american to buy gifts for everyone. The only tradition i know of is to but flowers for the brides mother!!
