Our colour scheme is purple and the purple is mixed shades (this including the kilts). The mother of the bride obviously knows the colour scheme etc and has picked a mixed purple coloured dress. Do you think this is disrespectful? X
If she's fitting in with the colour scheme I would say she's possibly trying to make an effort. If she was wearing white that would be disrespectful. If you truly don't like the dress she has picked maybe speak to her and offer to go shopping with her.
I would take it that she is trying to match in with your colour scheme and not that she is being disrespectful
If she's the mother of the bride, I think it would be nice for her to fit in with the colour scheme. I wouldn't think it's disrespectful at all, after all she is the bride's mum.
