Depends where you are, but Beeston Manor in Lancashire fits that description. Had my wedding reception there two years ago and they were absolutely fantastic

We had Merewood Country House Hotel in between Windermere and Ambleside - was AMAZING!!!
I would say look at house hotels, slightly outside town centres so uve more privacy on the day potentially

If your near Hertfordshire, Theobald's grove hotel is lovely. If you book for the main building you get 10 rooms saved aside for you, but if you book the ridings barn you get 30 and they are all together in one place xx

We are getting married at Stanhill Court Hotel in Horley next May. Has 34 bedrooms and exclusive use. Reasonably priced for 120 day guests! Obviously don't know what's it's like as haven't got married yet lol but they seem to be very good so far! Goodluck x
Newton hall. Exclusively yours with 15 bedrooms, a seperate housing of 6 rooms you are able to use night before for bridal party and a 5* gastro pub 5 mins down the road with 5 bedrooms too! They also have a cottage for a larger family to stay in!

If you're in Essex we got married at Prested Hall, near Feering. We had exclusive use for the whole day including the 12 hotel bedrooms, they also have an additional bridal cottage and rooms in the health spa next door. Fantastic venue & staff! http://www.prested.co.uk
Parklands Quendon Hall
We're getting married at Quendon Hall this year and it has 22 rooms for guests and is in a beautiful deer park setting :) it's in Essex, just outside of Cambridge, so depends what part of the country you are in! Goodluck x
I don't know where you are located but if its near Cheltenham .. Manor by the lake fits the bill ... its exclusive use and has 12 bedrooms with a travel lodge 2 min walk for the rest of your guests
Clearwell Castle in the Forest of Dean. Has 15 bedrooms in the castle, exclusive use, and they own a hotel 2 mins walk down the road too!
