I want my Dad to give me away how ever I have never been that close to my Dad, He is not the type of man who will wear a suit, last time he wore one was for his own wedding 40 years ago. Hes told me that he is going to treat himself to a new pair of jeans for my wedding. I am not happy that he is going to do this. Iv said that I am going to put on the invites that no jeans are allowed during the day. Im just looking for thoughts and ideas please.
Hi if your Dad is really going to wear jeans then he is not considering your feelings. I hope for your sake that he is kidding.

Its a formal event they should at least wear smart casual which does include jeans. I would be very upset if my dad had done that!
If your father is giving you away, I don't no what your budget is but maybe suggest you will higher his suit! That's what we are doing.
