Hi I need some advice please :-( We're paying for 90% of our wedding ourselves and are running very close to budget. At the advice of my MIL we've not invited cousins (all aged over 17). My family are upset that their children aren't invited. I would quite like my cousins there - "just because they're family". As there are only 3 of them they'd cost us an extra £350. Neither HTB or I are particularly close to our cousins but we do love them and value our family. The problem is HTBs family are a bit closer so if I have my cousins we should really invite HTBs cousins. But there are much more of them, so would cost us an additional £1350. I really don't think we can afford this. I don't want to upset anyone. :-( Thank you in advance
Hi we have the same problem just be honest and tell them the truth you would like them there but the funds just aren't available. We hope this helps.:)
I would be honest too, if you cant afford it just explain that
Dont do any if you cant afford all. Not sure why the cost for each is so high.
