I was wondering how much other brides have spent/are spending on wedding...

I'm paying £40 for my hair trial and £40 again on the day and my bridesmaids are £30 each. I'm doing my own make up as my trial for that was not good

Mine and my sisters with a trial is £360. That's hair and make up x

For my trial' and on the day mine my mum and 4 bridesmaids for hair and make up its 426.00

I've been quoted between 190-220 for hair that's with a trial for me and 2 mums and 3 bridesmaids and the same again for make up so around £380-£440 that's doing it seperatly getting our hair done in a salon x

My hair is £45 on the day and makeup is £75 and those are through people I personally know.
My makeup trial was £40.

I have had a local lady recommended to me who is charging £15 for a trial, £35 for my hair, and £25 per bridesmaid. Makeup is being done for free by a friend.

My make up was £60 & hair £35 both were stunning. My bridesmaids done ther own hair/make up as one is a benefit mua & other is a hair dresser

I had one person do hair and makeup for me, 3 bridesmaids and my Mom for £300 think my trial was about £50 (there was a little discount for early bird and multiple booking 10% I think). It seems to really vary from area to area on cost x

£300 for hair and makeup, for me and mum, including a trial. Well worth it. Make sure whoever you book is fully insured, so many 'MUA's' around with no insurance, or training.

My hair and make up including trial is £160, mum n step mum including trial £80pp and bridesmaid £40 each so £440 altogether xx

My trial was £50, i think, and then hair for 5 of us on the day was £250. We did our own make-up.

I done my own make up as I don't wear much anyway and my hair was £20. I went to a girl who works from her house who used to cut my hair anyway.
People hear wedding and then totally rip you off. Be careful out there.

Im only doing make up but i paid £25 for my trial. Me, 4 bridesmaids and my hairdresser (she is family) is £215

Paying £185 for hair and makeup trail and on the day, also including hair for my niece as bridesmaid who will be 13. Looking around this came across as a good price. Also I'm very unlikely to have my hair and makeup ever done again so wanted to make the most :)

On the day it's £30 each for hair only for bridesmaids and mum. £90 for my hair and make up.

For me, my 3 bridesmaids and my mum, and for an extra pair of hands is £545. My trial is £145 including travel. Shes got amazing reviews though xx

Sadly they all seem to cost a fortune so I just booked the best local one that was available for my date. Think it was about £350 for me and one bridesmaid (Hair and makeup for the trial and on the day). I am useless at both hair and makeup so it's something i've got to have. Hoping to cut some costs elsewhere but seem to be going over budget on everything!!!!

I know a bride and her bridesmaids who popped to the local boots and had their make-up done for free on the morning of the wedding.....hair wise I have no idea I'm afraid!

I was £150 for hair for myself mum and 4 bridesmaids from a local hairdresser who works from home
