Hi all u other lovely brides to be. Myself and my fiance aren't planning to get married yet (we've been engaged for 3 years tomorrow), but my fiance's twin sister and her partner are getting married in July and my brother and his fiance are getting married in October and I haven't got a clue what I'm wearing for either as I find it hard to to find any nice skirts tops and dresses in my size as I'm a size 20+, so anything clingy or skin tight are out of the question.I have some how even managed to lose the lovely skirt and top I wore for my youngest sister's wedding.

Have you looked in bravisimo they have a clothing section. Also simplybe goes up quite high to. I have a larger than average daughter who is losing weight , if you are interested , by cutting carbs and eating more fish and chicken and loads of veg. I would not rule out something fitted as cliching your middle in helps to give definition, try lots on:).

I had this dress in a size 20, it is absolutely beautiful, it has a nice amount of stretch due to the elastic panel at the back, the waterfall effect covers everything you don't want to be seen, honestly it's a very nice quality dress for the price. Bon Prix often put it on offer as well. They do it in this length and a knee length.

Lindy bop dresses are ace.... here is a picture from when I got married. I am a size 18 and one of my lovely BM was a size 26... and I think she looked amazing. I find anything that pulls in at the waist looks good.

I'm plus sized and quite apple shaped, I find I feel more comfortable in swing shape dresses that flare out and make your waist look smaller by comparison. Just wear what you FEEL good in
