Am I wrong to tell my htb that I don't want is mother at our wedding ? Is mother has said some really horrible something about me and have said she wants nothing to do with me or my family so I have saith I dont want her at the wedding am i in the wrong
Unfortunately no you cant say that its his mum, be polite and courteous at the wedding then have as little to do with her as possible afterwards.
You can state who u do and dont want at your own wedding..however seeing as she's gonna be your mother in law you really shouldn't ban her as its your future husbands mother. Yeah she's a mil from hell but bite the bullet and let her come..it would ruin ur partners day if she didnt go.after all u only get 1 mother..you wont see much of her anyway as you'll be having fun with all ur friends and ur hubby. If she starts after wedding at least you can tell husband you have tried but wont be having a active relationship with her
