looking for some advice/tips: how did you decide on bridesmaid colours. our venue is fairly neutral however my partner has put the idea out there that he wants to name our tables under a Newcastle United theme. should i tie the 2 together or am i overthinking it?

Bridesmaids colours normally match the overall colour scheme. So for example you could name the tables in a newcastle united theme but you don't have to have their colours as your colour scheme you could have something different.

You could do, black and white if i remember rightly? Not over thought at all! I picked mine as dusky blue and peach with rose gold is my colour theme.

My colour scheme was a teal blue colour all along and then we ended up putting the Huddersfield Town team into it as our tables were the names of players and the seating plan was the whole team put together, this ended up working really well as the Huddersfield Town colours are blue and white.

We went Navy Blue, as did the groomsmen. Husband was Adamant on wearing Navy too. Navy worked with all my girls skin tones, plus I wanted to wear red lip stick so couldn't have something like pink! Should also mention that our seating plan was hand written on a huge mirror, was a nightmare to sort but looked awesome!
