*advice please* hooped underskirts? i like the way my dress falls, I have tried with a hooped underskirt and don't think it changed the way it fell much basically do they recommend wearing one does it make it easier to walk?
i have a princess style dress with an underskirt and it does keep the dress from getting under my feet as much and getting wrapped around my legs x
